Estate Planning for First Responders

The Bar Association and the Huron County Probate Court sponsored a new program in 2009.  Free estate planning services were offered to first responders and their spouses, who live and work in Huron County.  Each Qualified First Responder and their spouse, who followed through with the program received wills, living wills, financial and health care powers of attorney, and other instruments drafted to meet their needs. Eight members of the Huron County Bar contributed their services.
